Of Goodbyes.

Marriage is a landmark in both the bride and groom's life. But in the indian subcontinent, it means even more. Especially to the bride, who officially leaves her parents home to go live with her husband and his family. The society has developed and most marriages these days are with the bride's choice/consent, but still when the moment dawns on her that she is to leave home and be part of a different family, it does give her butterflies in the stomach. These are some images on that theme. You can find us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/reminiscencephotographyBD/

Azfar & Tahmi : An intellectual love affair.

When Tahmi & Azfar contacted us via facebook, we checked out their profiles, and we found out both of them graduated from Imperial college London, and we knew we were in for a treat. Azfar & Tahmi had been engaged in UK for the past one year, and decided to officially get married in the traditional way in Bangladesh only so that their grandparents and elders can be part of it. The programs lasted three days, a day of 'Holud', followed a beautiful mehedi ceremony at Tahmi's place, and then the wedding. They are back in the UK, and we feel blessed to stay witness to such a wonderful wedding. Photographers: Ata Mohammad Adnan, Rasem Bappy, Umer Aiman Khan. Ashif & Mirza Fahim(Holud only).
